Creating Regional Wealth in the Innovation Economy

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Author of a book with this very title, Jeff Saperstein, teacher, writer and consultant from the Bay area of Silicon Valley and the Co-founder and Co-Organiser of the Travelling Geeks presents his views on increasing economic and social justice. Regions that are good at innovating need to create stronger links with equivalent regions, bypassing the idea of nation states, and collaborate to raise their game. Jeff will also talk about how to develop successful collaborations among sector - public, private, NGO and universities - in order to achieve progress - and outline the lessons learnt from the nine regions he studied for the book - one of which was our very own Cambridge.
